Story Stacks specializes in preloved (used) books. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but please note:

  • Customers are responsible for thoroughly checking the Condition Tag, as well as all photos and videos of the product provided on the website, before making a purchase to understand the state of the book.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are aware of the preloved nature of the item and its described condition.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or WhatsApp number provided at the time the order was made.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled by third-party courier partners. While we facilitate the dispatch, Story Stacks is not liable for delays or issues caused by the courier partner. In cases where a shipment is not delivered, customers should reach out to us at storystacksindia@gmail.com or through WhatsApp on 8218792036, and we will discuss a resolution on a case-to-case basis.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use your contact information (Email and WhatsApp) primarily for order-related communication, especially regarding out-of-stock items or delivery updates.
