At Story Stacks, we specialize in preloved books. Due to the nature of our inventory, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. General Policy: No Returns or Refunds
Except for the specific scenarios outlined below (Delivery Issues or Out-of-Stock Items), we do not allow returns or refunds at all.
Important Note: All items on our website are preloved books. Customers are responsible for thoroughly checking the Condition Tag, as well as all photos and videos of the product provided on the website, before making a purchase to understand the state of the book.
2. Out-of-Stock Items
If you purchase books online and one or more items are found to be unavailable at the time of processing:

We will contact you via WhatsApp to inform you.

You may choose alternative products of the same value to replace the missing items.

If you do not wish to select alternatives, we will issue a refund specifically for the unavailable items.
3. Non-Delivery by Courier
If your shipment is not delivered by our courier partner, please reach out to us. We handle these instances on a case-to-case basis to discuss a resolution.
4. Damaged Shipments (Opening Video Mandatory)
If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, a clear, uninterrupted opening video of the parcel and the damaged books is mandatory.

No requests will be entertained without a clear opening video.

Based on the video evidence and the extent of the damage, we will determine the applicable refund amount on a case-to-case basis.
